New VAT Invoicing Regulations 2004

The EC VAT Invoicing Directive (2001/115/EC) requires Member States to implement changes to invoicing rules by 1 January 2004. The Revenue Commissioners in Ireland and Her Majesty's Customs & Excise in the UK have both recently announced new Regulations.
